The matching and debugging process of Motors and Controllers |
Step 1 |
We need to know the customer's vehicle information and have them fill out the Vehicle Information Form Download
|
Step 2 |
Based on the customer's vehicle information, calculate the motor torque, speed, controller phase current, and bus current, and recommend our platform products(present motors and controllers)to the customer. If necessary, we will also customize motors and controllers for customers |
Step 3 |
After confirming the product model, we will provide the customer with 2D and 3D drawings of the motor and controller for the overall vehicle space layout |
Step 4 |
We will work together with the customer to draw electrical diagrams (provide the customer's standard template), confirm the electrical diagrams with both parties, and make samples of the customer's wiring harness |
Step 5 |
We will work together with the customer to develop a communication protocol (provide the customer's standard template), and both parties will confirm the communication protocol |
Step 6 |
Collaborate with the customer to develop controller functions, and both parties confirm the functionality |
Step 7 |
We will write programs and test them based on customer electrical diagrams, communication protocols, and functional requirements |
Step 8 |
We will provide the customer with upper computer software, and the customer need to purchase their PCAN signal cable by themselves |
Step 9 |
We will provide customer samples for assembling the entire vehicle prototype |
Step 10 |
If the customer provides us with a sample vehicle, we can help them debug the handling and logic functions |
If the customer is unable to provide a sample car, and there are issues with the customer's handling and logic functions during debugging, we will modify the program according to the customer's raised issues and send the program to the customer for refreshing through the upper computer.yuxin.debbie@gmail.com |
